## Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Kove! Here's everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.
### Order processing
All orders are processed within **1–3 business days** (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your order ships.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
### Shipping rates
Shipping costs are **calculated automatically at checkout** based on your delivery location, and shown to you before you pay. The exact amount will appear on the checkout page and in your order confirmation email.
### Where we ship
We currently ship to the **United States**, with international shipping (including Canada and other countries) available at checkout where eligible. If your country appears as a shipping option during checkout, we can deliver to you.
### Estimated delivery times
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery times are:
- **United States:** 7–14 business days
- **Canada:** 7–18 business days
- **Other international destinations:** 10–25 business days
These are estimates from the date of dispatch, not guarantees. Total time = processing time (1–3 business days) + the transit time above. Delivery times can vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
### Order tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow a few days for tracking information to update after you receive it.
### Customs, duties & import taxes (international orders)
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the **responsibility of the customer**. Kove has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
### Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Kove is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
### Lost, delayed, or missing packages
