## Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Kove order. If something's wrong with your item, we're here to make it right.

### Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives **defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product**, we'll send you a replacement or give you a full refund — and in most cases you won't need to send anything back.

Email us at **koveonlinestore@gmail.com** within **30 days** of receiving your order, and include:
- Your order number
- A photo or short video clearly showing the issue

Once we've reviewed it, we'll arrange your replacement or refund right away.

### Change of mind
Because our products are shipped directly from our partner warehouse, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or for selecting the wrong option at checkout (for example, the wrong colour). Please double-check your selection before completing your order.

### Orders that haven't arrived
If your order hasn't arrived within **30 days of dispatch**, please contact us and we'll either track it down or send a replacement.

### Non-returnable items
Gift cards and discounted or sale items cannot be returned or refunded, except where the item is faulty.

### Refunds
We'll notify you once we've reviewed your claim and let you know whether your refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it can take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
